Adriana joined Amrop Mexico as Partner in 2022. Her focus area is Executive Search in the Life Sciences sector.

Adriana began her professional career on the early nineties with Citibank and for a decade she acquired relevant experience in the human resources, operations, and compliance functional areas. After this experience, Adriana then became an independent consultant focusing on organizational development and communication strategies in various sectors for over a decade.

In 2016, Adriana served as a partner for another international executive search firm, based out of Mexico. In this organization, she led projects in various sectors but with a heavy concentration in the life sciences sector locally and regionally.

Adriana's education includes a bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy and a specialization in Psychology and other studies in Logotherapy, Neurolinguistics and Coaching from UNAM and Ibero.

Adriana lives in Mexico City and enjoys in her leisure time to meditate, practice wellness, and learn about science, art, and design.
