Ana has more than 12 years of professional experience in the Executive Search industry, specializing in the identification, search strategy, adaptation to corporate values and culture, and client advisory for C-Level and strategic positions in various industries.

Her experience stands out in areas such as Energy, Mobility, Private Equity, Sustainability (ESG) and Industrial, and has worked for large IBEX 35 companies in local and international markets.

Ana has a degree in Law from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and an ACTP Coach Certification from the International Coach Federation ICF.
