Since joining Amrop Romania in May 2021 as Researcher, Andreea has been contributing to Executive Search projects in the Life Sciences, FMCG and Professional Services areas. She has a science-driven approach in analyzing leaders personality traits, true motivators and professional experience. She is always keen to deeply understand the clients’ key strategic priorities and unique company culture, to match it with the best talent in the market.

Her enthusiasm and high energy derive from her belief that every closed project brings a greater good for the candidate and the client. Andreea holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs, from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest. Having a passion for people and learning, she also graduated Psychology (BSc) at the University of Bucharest and she is continuing her studies at the same university, currently doing her Master’s degree in Occupational Health and Human Resources’ Performance. Andreea speaks fluent English.
