Asaad is a strategic business executive with a rich and varied career across banking, investments and Human Resources in the private and public sectors of Saudi Arabia.

Prior to joining Amrop, Asaad spent seven years with Rotoub for Investment & Development Holding in Saudi Arabia as the Business Development Manager and later Executive Director leading several projects and subsidiaries in the B2C, B2B and B2G space. He also managed different types of partnership agreements with local and multinational entities from different regions.

Previously, Asaad held managerial positions in retail banking with Riyad Bank and Samba Financial Group.

Having worked on key projects in MENA & Turkey Region, Asaad understands the complexity of interpersonal and multicultural environments and appreciates the importance of Human Capital as a critical success factor to strategy execution and vision realization.
