Prior to joining Amrop, Banu worked for 15 years at a top tier multinational executive search company as a researcher on retainer, ultimately being promoted to the head role.

A keen observer, she excels in personality assessments, and with more than 1,000 successful executive search projects under her belt, she has built a solid and unshakeable reputation for herself both in her field and the eyes of her wide variety of clients across various industries.

Wearing many hats in the team, she is also responsible for team coaching, building research strategy, tracking candidate experience in addition to her duties as a consultant. Along with her detailed, thorough, accurate and result-oriented way of working, she is an indispensable team member.

Banu holds a B.A. in Economics and Human Resources Management from the University of Istanbul, and she is also certified as a Vocational Counselor. She has native fluency in Turkish and professional fluency in English.

Banu is a mother of a girl and a cat.
