Cameron is a Partner at Amrop Rosin Calgary, bringing nearly 20 years of executive search experience. He specializes in recruiting senior talent across the energy and energy services sectors, private equity, manufacturing, real estate, construction, and the non-profit space.

He began his career in executive search in Sydney, Australia, before relocating to Calgary in 2010. There, he joined a national integrated talent development firm, where he led searches across multiple industries and functions and played a key role in building the firm’s interim executive search practice. In 2017, Cameron joined Pekarsky & Co., the predecessor to Humanis Calgary, which merged with Amrop Rosin in May 2025.

Known for his thoughtful and client-focused approach, Cameron builds enduring relationships and delivers tailored talent solutions aligned with both organizational culture and strategic priorities.

Beyond his professional commitments, Cameron is actively engaged in the Calgary community. He serves on the Board of Directors for Connect Charter School, sits on the Executive Committee for the Top 7 Over 70 Awards Program, and volunteers with the Calgary Stampede’s Courtesy Car Committee. He is also a long-standing supporter of Rotary’s Tom Jackson Stay in School Program.

Outside of work, Cameron enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, and can often be found exploring the outdoors or pursuing his lifelong passion for sport and recreation, particularly rugby and cricket.
