Christian Axberg joined Amrop in 2025 and works primarily with recruitment in the IT/Tech industry and management roles within Tech. Christian most recently comes from Northvolt where, as CIO, he helped build and lead the business-oriented IT capabilities globally in all parts of the business. Before that, Christian has 15+ years of experience as a consultant and leader in digital transformation, business transformation, program/project management and business system development. Christian has worked with various industries in the Nordics and internationally such as consumer products, retail, manufacturing, transport, banking & finance, etc. Christian's international experience comes from working with multinational clients and in the role as global IT manager for Northvolt.

Christian has a Master of Science in Economics from Lund University with a focus on Strategic Management and exchange studies at the Wirtschafts Universität in Vienna.
