David Schain is a Partner in Amrop's Stockholm Office and a member of the global core team for Leadership Services. His areas of expertise are Leadership Assessment and Executive Development.

David has long leadership experience from different leadership positions and 20+ years of experience from leadership assessment and development.

David works exclusively with Leadership Advisory, both in executive search and in larger strategy driven management assessment projects, and with executive development.

Before joining Amrop in 2015 David worked for 8 years as a Country Manager and global partner for an international Leadership Assessment business and before that as a Consultant Manager for a company specialized in international Leadership Development programs.

David's core expertise is assessing, identifying and developing leaders. He has a strong managerial and leadership experience combined with extensive practice in international leadership development programs, management team development and leadership assessments.

In addition to his Partner role in Stockholm, David is a member of Amrop's global core team for Leadership Assessment, providing guidance and expertise to Amrop's Leadership Assessment practice.

David is a Chartered Psychologist and holds a degree in computer system science.
