Els entered the executive search industry in 2007. Els has experience in handling a broad range of executive and non-executive appointments and leadership assessments for private, family owned and private equity-backed companies in Belgium. Her sector expertise covers a broad range of industries.
Els obtained a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Ghent.
She is a certified Hogan Assessor.
Els is fluent in Dutch, French and English.
