Erin is a Senior Consultant at Amrop Rosin Calgary, where she leads executive search mandates across a wide range of industries and functions. With a background in corporate law, she brings particular expertise to legal executive search, while also regularly supporting clients in sectors such as not-for-profit, tourism and hospitality, professional and financial services, energy, and utilities. Erin was called to the Alberta bar in 2015 and remains a member of the Law Society of Alberta.

Before transitioning into executive search, Erin practiced law at one of Canada’s top national corporate firms. She holds a Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School and has studied abroad in France, India, Italy, Israel, and Hong Kong—experiences that have shaped her global perspective and strengthened her interpersonal connections across cultures.

Erin is committed to ongoing learning and has completed a Certificate in Executive Research from the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC). She is also certified in Hogan Assessments and plays a key role in Amrop Rosin’s leadership development practice.

Originally from a grain farm near Kindersley, Saskatchewan, Erin credits her prairie upbringing for instilling a tireless work ethic. She is actively involved in her church community and volunteers with CRIEC, mentoring internationally trained lawyers. Outside of work, she enjoys time with friends and family, mountain adventures, and keeping up with the latest in health research.
