Farah Abdul Rehman joined Amrop Saudi Arabia as Client Partner in 2023 with over a decade of experience in retained executive search. Having built her career in high-performance, boutique retained executive search firms in the UAE, she has a track record of delivering on local and international C-level searches for some of the largest diversified private businesses and government institutions across Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, and Qatar.

Farah joins Amrop Saudi Arabia from Metamorphosise, a firm she founded to provide high-quality, bespoke executive search support and talent mapping services to select clients in the MENA region.

Farah began her career as a Research Associate within a start-up boutique retained executive search firm. She worked her way up to Head of Research responsible for building and training a multi-cultural team to support Client Partners on execution and business development before moving to roles focused on effective end-to-end client delivery.

She has hands-on experience working on both regional and international searches across multiple sectors. These include Financial Services, Diversified Conglomerates, Investment Holdings, Real Estate, Construction, Healthcare, Telecom, Automotive, Industrial Manufacturing, Electronic Manufacturing, Education, Agriculture, Oil & Gas, Food & Beverage, FMCG, and Retail. Farah has developed a reputation for being versatile in her ability to source candidates from the MENA region, Europe, Asia Pacific, and the Americas for challenging roles.

Farah thrives on diversity. She enjoys the tough searches that require a combination of high-level thinking and effective execution capability. She believes in the power of collaboration - integrating a high-touch, old-school management consulting approach with creative sourcing techniques to provide clients with access to senior talent that best serves their needs.

Born and raised in the UAE, Farah holds an MBA from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's Degree in Biotechnology Engineering from the Vishveshwarya Institute of Technology.
