Prior to joining Amrop, Farmehr worked as a communication specialist at MAHAK, The Paediatric Cancer Research and Hospital Center in Tehran, Iran. She started her career as a journalist at ISNA, the international student news agency, where she reported for the economics section.

As a Research Associate, Farmehr participates in the entire lifecycle of the executive search process including market research, analysis, identification, interviews, client status calls and meetings. She writes, reviews, and edits selected client deliverables such as position specifications, candidate reports, and status reports and provides business development support to senior management by performing market research and analysis prior to client meetings.  Farmehr serves as an expert in the research process including knowledge of research sources, industries and markets, organizational structures, and companies.

She holds a Master’s degree in Learning and Communication in multilingual and multicultural contexts at the University of Luxembourg. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Social sciences from Alzahra University, Tehran, Iran.

She is fluent in Persian and English. She also speaks French and has a fair understanding of Arabic and German.
