Iulia has more than 10 years of experience in different areas of human resources: recruitment and selection, headhunting, executive search, organizational development and analysis, employer branding and administration. She has experience in multinational companies and environments, including 3 years working abroad in Denmark and Italy.

She has worked with clients in the oil & gas, renewables, IT and Financial Services sectors, and has often served as a project leader on assignments ranging from executive search and development, to employer branding and HR software management.

Iulia is fluent in English, Romanian and Italian, and has a fair understanding of Danish.
