Jesper Brøckner Nielsen is a Partner at Amrop Denmark. He has more than 25 years of experience in recruitment of management positions for market-leading Danish and international companies.

Jesper has experience within industries such as technology, FMCG, production and retail. In addition, Jesper has extensive experience within several business areas, including large IT implementation projects, Sales & Marketing, Communication, Strategy Development and Implementation.

Jesper formerly held CEO positions in one of Denmark's largest telecommunications organizations and a large Nordic retail chain. Top management level positions in FMCG and retail. Board positions in the IT, retail, FMCG, catering and publishing industry.

He holds a Bachelor and a Master of Science in Marketing Management (cand.merc.) from Copenhagen Business School.

Jesper has been cited in "Kraks Blå Bog" (Who's Who of Denmark) as one of the most influential people alive in Denmark, Greenland, and the Faroe Islands in 2009.

He has broad experience from several boards and presently holds a board position within the software industry. He has been a member of "Videnskabsministerens IKT Råd", which is the Danish Government's think tank. He was also a member of the Danish Government's "Højhastighedskomit?", a committee appointed by the minister of IT/Tele with the purpose of helping Denmark to become a high-speed society.
