Job is a Partner in Amrop's Amsterdam office and Leader of Amrop's global Digital Practice. He previously led Amrop's Professional Services Practice.

Job has senior experience in executive search in Digital, Cloud, Artificial Intelligence, Agile Transformation, Cybersecurity and more.

Job's career started within the Professional Services and IT industry where he placed top talent for blue chip companies. In 1998 he joined Deloitte, where he held several key talent executive positions, including Recruitment Director for EMEA. In this role he successfully lead the search and placement of key leadership and management positions. His last position at Deloitte was Global Director of Mobility and member of the global Talent Executive Management team. Job served on the Advisory Committee for Management Education for INSEAD and was Chairman of the Executive Board of the NVP, the Dutch Professional HR association.

Job joined Amrop as Partner in September 2010.

He holds a Masters degree in International Affairs, Political Science from the University of Amsterdam, The Netherlands and is an IMD Alumnus.
