He holds a law degree from Universidad de Los Andes and has 10 years of experience in Human Resources, holding senior-level positions across a variety of sectors, including energy, chemicals, and finance, as well as 26 years in HR consulting.

José Manuel is recognized as the pioneer of one of the most successful compensation models in the Colombian market. With a proven track record, his expertise also extends to commercial management, leading the development of innovative solutions for organizational transformation and supporting Colombian entrepreneurship.

He currently leads one of the most high-level forums for discussion and collaboration among a group of CEOs from various industries, regularly addressing key organizational challenges.
