Joseph is considered one of the leading Executive Search and leadership consultants in Brazil. He is a founding partner of INNITI - today's Amrop Brazil - a consultancy that works with and for Boards of Directors and Top Management.
Joseph's main focus is on the CEO and Board Practices. Since 2005 he has served different industries, from startups to Fortune 500 and Ibovespa companies.
He is a member of the Advisory Board of the Business Administration course at FAAP and also at WNutritional.
He has a column at HSM Management, and is a lecturer on relevant stages such as SAP Forum, CONARH and Freedom and Democracy Forum.
