Katja Nikula is Head of Operations based in Helsinki, with nearly two decades of experience in executive search and talent acquisition.

She has extensive expertise in recruiting senior and executive-level talent across a broad range of functions, including general management, sales and marketing, IT, finance, HR, and operational leadership roles, both in Finland and internationally.

In her current role at Amrop Finland, Katja is responsible for operational excellence across the organisation. Her remit includes resource allocation, team structuring, project planning and scheduling, as well as ensuring high-quality delivery across all assignments. She oversees the end-to-end project management function in Finland and contributes to selected international assignments.

Katja plays a key role in developing and continuously improving internal processes, aligning ways of working with strategic objectives, and ensuring efficient and consistent execution. In addition, she leads and supports her team, contributing to capability building and overall performance.

Katja has graduated from the University of Huddersfield (UK) with Honours.
