Kiara Tyler is the Director, Marketing & Communications at Amrop Rosin Calgary. In this role, she leads the firm’s national marketing strategy, overseeing digital campaigns, social media, website, event presence, and the company’s popular blog, The Ampersand. She is also the co-host of The Ampersand: Unplugged podcast, where she explores leadership, talent, and the broader human experience through candid conversations with guests across industries.

Prior to joining the firm, Kiara was at Pekarsky & Co. for 6 years where she helped build the marketing function from the ground up, refining the firm’s brand identity, crafting strategic campaigns, and launching creative content initiatives that drive engagement and elevate the voice in the market. At Amrop Rosin, she plays a key role in the company’s recent rebrand and is known for her thoughtful, human-centred approach to communications.

Kiara holds a BBA in Marketing and Finance from Mount Royal University, where a semester abroad in Australia sparked her lifelong love of travel and culture. She completed her MBA at the University of Calgary in 2023, deepening her leadership and strategic thinking capabilities.

Outside of work, Kiara recharges through fitness, travel, and culinary adventures. Whether she's exploring new cities, chasing ocean views, or connecting with people from all walks of life, she brings curiosity, energy, and a global perspective to everything she does.
