Lativia is currently a Consultant with the Amrop Saudi Arabia office, and has been with the organisation since late 2017 when she joined as a Junior Researcher.

Since she joined Amrop, she has covered multiple searches across multiple industries and functions in Saudi Arabia. Today, she is responsible for the project management and execution of search projects, which includes engaging with candidates for Amrop' clients, and preparing all search materials and other client related documents.

Besides Executive Search, Lativia has also worked on Leadership Assessments, where she supported in coordination, logistics, conducting 360 references, as well as in the final reporting of the results.

In addition to her role as an Associate Consultant, Lativia is involved in Amrop Saudi Arabia' Marketing, which includes Social Media Strategy and Content, as well as participating in the research efforts for our Thought Leadership content. Furthermore, Lativia frequently leads internal projects that include team building and other activities.

Lativia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management with Marketing from Royal Holloway, University of London.
