Since 2019, Luis Leey Casella is a Partner of Amrop Peru and Panama.

Luis has more than 25 years of experience in the FMCG, Industrial, Healthcare and Oil & Gas, having held roles in General Management, Commercial Management and Marketing & Sales. He has worked for organizations such as Lima Gas, GE Healthcare, Beiersdorf - Nivea, Kraft Foods and AGA Linde, and has had responsibility in Peru, Ecuador and Bolivia in different stages of his professional career.

Luis has developed an adaptability to different industries and a keen understanding of the dynamics that generate value in them, together with an ability to create effective teams that contribute to the success of the organization.

He has been member of the Board of Directors of the National Mining, Petroleum and Energy Society in Peru; a member of the Oil & Gas Sector Committee and Chairman of the LPG Sub Committee in the SNMPE. Additionally, he was director of the Peruvian LPG Society.

He was previously a member of the Board of Directors of Lima Gas Natural (Virtual Gas) and has participated as an investor and director in ventures in the Automotive and Digital sectors.

Luis holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Lima, an MBA from ESAN Bussiness School and a Board member specialized program from PAD.

He has 3 children and among his hobbies, he likes playing cards and reading about leadership and politics.
