Marina joined the Amsterdam Amrop office in September 2019 and is the Personal Assistant of Eelco van Eijck, who is the Managing Partner of Amrop Amsterdam and part of the Global Board or Amrop. He has a focus on Consumer Goods and Retail market.

Following her Market Research internship in Jakarta, Marina became a recruitment consultant at Darwin Recruitment, an IT specialized agency, in 2016. As a next step in her career, she became an account specialist at Manpower Netherlands for one of the Dutch Public Market key accounts.

In 2018 she changed her path working in the Public Sector on projects for Museum the Hermitage, Amsterdam and Stadgenoot, a public housing organization. Working on projects and research to improve internal processes and collaboration.

Marina has a Bachelor degree in European Studies and a Master degree in American History, both from the University of Amsterdam.

In her free time, she is passionate about traveling, reading and food.
