Marta is a Senior Consultant at Amrop dk. She brings over a decade of experience in executive search and HR consulting, with a strong background in recruitment, training, and team development. Since joining dk Group in 2006, she has successfully led numerous recruitment projects for middle and senior management roles across sectors including FMCG, pharmaceuticals, technology, finance, and ICT services.

In addition to her executive search expertise, Marta is actively engaged in leadership development programs and problem-solving workshops, where she contributes as a facilitator, assessor, and mediator. Her broad perspective, combined with hands-on experience in organizational development, allows her to deliver lasting value to both clients and candidates.

Marta holds a Master’s degree in Sociology from the University of Warsaw (Institute of Applied Social Sciences) and has completed postgraduate studies in Public Relations and Employer Branding.
