Melanie is Principal at Amrop Austria with core experience across Consumer & Retail, IT/Digital, Public & Energy (traditional & renewable), Real Estate & Construction as well as Industrial.

Melanie has almost 10 years of experience in executive search, supporting large international corporates, local mid-sized companies as well as family-owned firms and start-/scale-ups. She has led international and national searches of top & middle management. Furthermore, she has conducted numerous Hogan assessments.

Prior to joining Amrop Austria in 2022, Melanie spent 4 years as Engagement Manager at an international executive search firm. In 2013, she started her career at Amrop Jenewein within the global Amrop organization starting as Associate and being promoted to Consultant and subsequently to Assignment Manager.

Melanie studied Interpretation and Translation (German – English – French) at University of Vienna as well as at ISIT Paris. Hence, she is fluent in German, English and French.

She is also an accredited Hogan Psychometric assessor.
