Melissa joined Amrop in May 2018 as an Associate.

She has more than 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Headhunting and Outplacement, working as an advisor for different industries: mining, financial services, retail, consumer goods, construction and manufacture.

She has been responsible for managing the full life-cycle recruitment process for designated clients, providing consultative guidance and advice on recruitment best practices.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from EAE Business School (Spain).
