Milagros joined Amrop Argentina in 2018.

She brings 15 years of professional experience working in consultancy and executive search.

She began her career in Human Resources in a generalist role at Superior Energy, a Petroleum Services firm. She then continued her development in Executive Search Firms discovering in the role of the Consultant her passion for finding talent for local and global firms from different industries.

She worked for 10 years in local executive search firms and, prior to joining Amrop, Milagros was an Independent Consultant. She has a wide experience in Financial Services, Life Sciences, Transportation, Shipping & Logistics.

Milagros holds a degree in Labor Relations from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) and she is also certified as a Professional Coach from the Argentine School of PNL & Coaching.
