Neel Nandha is a Research Associate at Amrop Rosin Calgary, where he brings a global lens to executive search and market research. With a strong focus on identifying key industry trends and insights, Neel has contributed to various mandates across sectors including Professional Services, Private Equity, Real Estate, and Property Development, among others.

Before joining Amrop Rosin, Neel began his career as a Business Analyst at a marketing agency, where he developed a foundation in strategic thinking and client-focused research. He holds certifications from EKT Interactive in Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, and Hydrogen, as well as an Executive Research Certificate from the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC).

Originally from Tanzania, Neel earned his Bachelor of Management from the University of British Columbia. Passionate about cultural engagement and community building, he serves as an alumni advisor for the UBC Afro-Caribbean Association and actively participates in local volunteering initiatives.

Outside of work, Neel draws inspiration from architecture and visual arts, often exploring oil painting and SketchUp design. He is also an avid athlete, with interests in tennis, sailing, boxing, and soccer.
