Nicole is a Principal Consultant at AmropCivitas in Duesseldorf.

Prior to joining Amrop in 2015, Nicole worked at Heidrick & Struggles in Duesseldorf, subsequently joining Russell Reynolds in Frankfurt in 2009. She was a member of the Industry, Consumer and Financial Services practices. At Russell Reynolds she worked with the Global Head of Automotive, focusing on automotive OEMs. She started her professional career in private banking.

Nicole has conducted numerous national and international, top level Executive Search assignments in engineering, manufacturing, design, development, HR, finance, sales and marketing. Her focus is on the Industrial and Automotive sectors.

Nicole completed a banking apprenticeship at HSBC Trinkaus & Burkhardt after which she obtained a M.A. in Communication Science, Political Science and Economics from the Westfaelische Wilhelms-Universitaet in Muenster, graduating in 2006.

Nicole is fluent in German and English, has good skills in French and Polish and a basic knowledge of Finnish. Her personal interests include ballet dancing, rock climbing, reading and learning Finnish.
