Nicole Sindelman is a Principal Consultant, working independently in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Nicole’s 30-year career began in 1995 at Anglo American, before moving to Investec Bank in 1997, where she set up and managed the retail foreign exchange and offshore allowances business unit.

She spent ten years at Investment Solutions (now Alexforbes Investments), Playing an instrumental role in setting up the Jersey offshore product house and leading advertising and branding, before heading Group Marketing and Communications at Alexforbes Group from 2009.

Nicole holds a B.Com Honours (cum laude) through UNISA and studied Clinical Psychology for further enhancement. She is accredited in the Korn Ferry leadership tools and holds SAIFM Registered Persons accreditation.

She joined Woodburn Mann in 2013 in Leadership and Business Development, before moving to Korn Ferry in 2017 as a Senior Principal Consultant. From 2018 to 2024 she led a highly skilled working together to build the Enablement business unit at Alexforbes Investments, automating and growing it from two to more than fourteen lines of business across the Group.

Since 2025 Nicole has worked as an independent Consultant and is currently focusing on the Financial Services sector at Amrop Woodburn Mann.

When not concentrating on clients Nicole is an avid fitness enthusiast and a dedicated wife and mother.
