Pablo joined Amrop in Argentina as a Partner in 2017, bringing to his 25 years of experience working in technology, consulting and Executive Search in Argentina and LATAM.

He developed his career as a technology and business Consultant in firms such as GMA Consulting, GA (former Grupo ASSA) and IDC Latin America, where he led several consulting and IT implementation projects.

In 2006 he joined Spencer Stuart as Senior Associate and conducted executive search projects for IT & Digital, Media, Manufacturing and Financial Services companies. In 2012, he co-founded Overplan, a consulting firm aimed to help companies to improve sales performance applying technology and processes, and later founded Delta+ a company focused in middle management search executed with headhunting techniques.

Pablo holds an Information Technology Degree from Buenos Aires University Economical Sciences School and a Master in Business Administration from Di Tella University.
