Rachel Taylor is a Consultant with Amrop Rosin in Calgary, Alberta.

As a Consultant, Rachel leads executive search mandates across a wide variety of industries and functional roles. She executes on various searches from board recruitment to senior level talent acquisition within the real estate, construction, and not-for-profit sectors, among others. Rachel supports the search process by sourcing suitable candidates and researching relevant information from salary insights to market trends across multiple industries.

Before transitioning to executive search in 2024, Rachel spent three years in contingent recruitment, where she partnered with both owners and general contractors to execute searches within the civil construction sector.

Earlier in her career, Rachel spent four years in logistics and supply chain working for a third-party transportation company.
