Rafal Myler is a Partner in Warsaw, having joined the firm in 1995. He specializes in the Business & Consumer Services and Industrial sectors.

Within his years at Amrop, Rafal has developed expertise in working with clients in Business and Consumer Services, Healthcare Services, Construction and Building Materials as well as Construction and Engineering Services.

He started his career in Germany and after his return to Poland in 1991 he was Assistant Professor at Poznan University of Economics till 1995. He gained familiarity with business through establishing several start-ups. With his entrepreneurship, in-depth sector and business knowledge, he is a reliable expert supporting clients in even the most demanding projects.

He works closely with the CEE region's leading private equity investors. He has extensive experience in management audit as well as in the areas of change management, lean management (TPS) and continuous improvement, which he adapts both externally and internally. He has initiated, implemented and maintained continuous process change, based on Lean Management, applied into the core business in Warsaw office in 2006/07.

Rafal is an active member in non-profit and charity institutions, and participates in pro bono projects (i.e. for primary and secondary schools).

He holds a MA in Economics from Poznan University of Economics and diploma in MBA from Nottingham Trent University in the UK. In 2007 he graduated from Harvard Business School with Executive Education program. Rafal attended to Trusted Advisory Programs organized by the IMD. Lived in Germany, he is bilingual Polish/German as well as fluent in English.
