Sara joined Amrop as an Associate in 2021. In her role, Sara is responsible for conducting research in order to map, identify, examine and screen future leaders. Sara has assisted in conducting searches across different sectors and industries in Saudi Arabia including FMCG’s, Logistics and Finance. She is also involved in research to source, engage and screen candidates.

Prior to working with Amrop, she was working as a full time general dentist in Jeddah Saudi Arabia for 3 years. Wanting more out of her career she stepped into marketing the clinics and increasing its social media presence. She then moved on to joining a Digital Marketing agency where she aided in business development, managed projects and handled client relations for local businesses in photography and graphic design. Sara holds a Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from Ibn Sina National College, Saudi Arabia.
