Susie Besler is a Senior Consultant of Amrop Rosin Calgary. As a CPA, she brings expertise in leading executive finance and accounting searches for clients in a variety of industries including energy, private equity, real estate, engineering, and not-for-profit, among others. Susie also enjoys executing the annual board recruitment for several vital not-for-profit organizations serving diverse communities across Calgary. She draws on her past experiences as a Registered Nurse, Chartered Accountant and entrepreneur to inform each new engagement. Susie is known to her clients and candidates for her dedicated professionalism, business acumen and expertise in matching talent to client needs.

After spending many years at home raising her four children, Susie joined a national executive search and consulting firm as a Search Manager in 2012 to start yet another career as a recruitment professional. In 2016, she transitioned to Pekarsky & Co. which later became Humanis Calgary, prior to merging with Amrop Rosin in May 2025.

Susie holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary and a CPA designation with Chartered Professional Accountants, Alberta.
