Takaaki Naito graduated from Keio University with a BA in Economics in 1983.
After graduation, he joined Nomura Securities Co. Ltd. where he was responsible for fixed income related business. After 10 years, he transitioned to working as an investment banker. In 2008, Takaaki was promoted to senior managing director in charge of the Asset Finance Division where he was primarily managing real estate, acquisition finance and infrastructure business.
He joined Amrop Jomon Associates in 2013, where he strives to revive Japanese industry through activating management mobility.
