Amrop Appoints New Partner in Luxembourg

Nam joins the partnership of Amrop with more than 20 years of experience in the legal and financial services sector, advising financial institutions, asset managers, insurers and law firms on regulatory, compliance, risk and governance matters. Prior to joining Amrop, he was office head of financial services and regulatory at Norton Rose Fulbright Luxembourg, with earlier experience in Luxembourg and Paris.

His arrival further strengthens the ability of the company to support clients on international executive search assignments, particularly for leadership roles in legal, compliance, regulatory and risk management functions – areas where judgement, discretion and sector insight are critical.

Nam’s background allows him to relate directly to the realities faced by C-suite leaders and boards operating in highly regulated and fast-changing environments. This perspective strongly aligns with the approach at Amrop Luxembourg: supporting organizations not only in executive search but also in leadership advisory, succession planning, onboarding and corporate governance.
