Amrop Announces New Member Firm in Italy

The Amrop Partnership announces the inception of a new Member Firm in Italy. With offices in Milan, Rome and Turin, the firm is led by senior business owners, each experienced practitioners in Executive Search, Leadership and Board Services.
This move further consolidates Amrop’s presence in Italy, one of Europe’s largest economies.
Amrop Italy will be led by two Managing Partners Antonio Pellerano and Walter Gai, supported by Partners Alessandra Fogola, Claudia Paladino and Marcella Accorinti. The diverse team will support ambitious and forward-looking organizations, providing a full range of senior recruitment and leadership services to companies in the Industrial, Financial Services, Life Sciences, Consumer & Retail, Media and Digital/Technology sectors.
Antonio Pellerano is an experienced executive search consultant who has devoted his professional career to the areas of human capital and talent management. Antonio's consultancy has focused mainly on the full spectrum of Life Sciences companies, including established and start-up Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Medical Device organizations.
Walter Gai’s executive search career spans more than 2 decades. He has developed a deep and wide leadership recruitment and consulting experience, working mainly for a number of large Italian and international organizations, in particular those in the Consumer & Retail, Financial Services, Industrial, Automotive and Media sectors.
Marcella Accorinti started her career in Asset Allocation Management, Capital Markets and Relationship Management in Italian and international banks. Her many years of consulting experience have been concentrated in the Banking/Finance and Real Estate sectors in which, in addition to executive search activities, she has carried out significant projects in Leadership Services, including coaching.
Claudia Paladino has worked in executive search since 2006. She has successfully managed numerous complex change management projects for multinational and family companies in Italy, and senior recruitment assignments in the digital and innovation space. At Amrop, Claudia specializes in the Industrial, Digital and Consumer & Retail sectors.
Alessandra Fogola started her career in law in Turin. She subsequently moved to a family-run publishing company to manage development and distribution, and later managed strategy and communications campaigns at a major Italian media company, working across tv, radio, press and web. She brings this deep expertise to her work with clients in the Media, Technology and Consumer sectors.
