Adolfo Ramírez has developed his professional experience within the Santander Group. At Banesto, he worked in the areas of Technology, Quality, Organization, Operations, and Marketing, and in 2007 he was appointed Managing Director and member of the Management Committee. He served as Deputy General Manager at Banco Santander, ultimately becoming responsible for Technology, Operations, and Transformation for the development of Global Retail Banking, and a member of the Management Committee in Spain. 

He is a member of the Advisory Board of CASER and Wavext and teaches at IE Business School, The Valley Business & Tech School, and collaborates with the Polytechnic University of Madrid.

Ignacio Mallagray is the Chief Marketing Officer of the prestigious Spanish real estate company GILMAR and a professor in the PADDB program at The Valley Digital Business School. Jaime del Barrio is an Internal Medicine Physician with experience in various topics related to the Healthcare sector, offering a transversal and comprehensive vision with a digital focus. For 11 years, he was the General Manager of the Roche Institute at Roche Pharma.
