These types are excellently outlined in the book of Harward Law School lecturer and writer Erica Ariel Fox. These 4 types form the backbone of successful teams, each contributing unique energies to the entrepreneurial venture. Recognizing and balancing these diverse traits within a team lays the foundation for sustained success. While Dreamer/Warriors often take ideas to the next level, the harmony emerges when Dreamer/Lovers and Dreamer/Thinkers contribute essential energies. During expansion, Dreamer/Lovers and Dreamer/Thinkers may drive progress, while in challenging times, the Warrior within the team seizes opportunities, protects the vision, and propels momentum. It is this combination of types that transforms a venture from a mere project into a sustainable, scalable company.

Contrary to the notion that success is tethered to a privileged upbringing or excellent educational beckground, the real magic lies in the diversity of teams. The tapestry of triumph is woven with the intricate fibers of varied experiences, backgrounds, and perspectives. Diverse teams and individuals bring grit, resilience, creativity, and adaptability—essential ingredients for navigating the complexities of the entrepreneurial journey.

At the same time, there is a rugged terrain how the different types of individuals find the way to working together and accepting their adversity.

As I explore different entrepreneurial stories, failure emerges not as a stumbling block but as a stepping stone. Successes often rise from the ashes of setbacks, challenging the notion that every great idea leads to instant triumph.

Consider example of a successful Latvian startup Primekss. They started as concrete contractors and their frustration grew as they received calls from customers requesting repairs. That was a push, developing unique composite concrete technology sold worldwide.

Three founders of successful Swedish startup Klarna started in 2005 after participating in the Stockholm School of Economics annual entrepreneurship competition. They emerged from the competition as...one of the last few entries. However, the founders believed in the idea and persisted. Today, they have 150+ million international customers and market valuation of $6billion.

Failure is the pathway to success. The harder you fall, the more you'll take away from it.
